What is the total square footage of the venue space?

The venue space is 1200 sq ft. This includes the lounge area in the front and the main space is an open area.

How many people can your venue space accommodate?

The venue space can accommodate 100 people comfortably with standing room only. Seated with combination of 4 ft. tables, 48 inch round, cocktail tables may include 60-75 people depending on set up style. Lecture style with only presenter table may accommodate 60-80 people.

What are requirements to reserve the Venue Space?

A $250 non refundable deposit is required to reserve any date for an event. An application also must be completed after deposit is paid. 

Are there other fees that may apply but optional?

A $150 set up fee applies if host desires assistance with setting up chairs and tables before and after the event. Host must present the space back to the staff or owner in the condition and set up initially provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any client may choose to cancel or reschedule an event, but no refunds are provided on balances paid in full. Exquisite Experience Venue is willing to work diligently to help the host reschedule the event at no cost based upon availabilities on calendar. 

Does your venue provide caterers, bartenders, decorations, event planning services, photography, DJs, etc.?

Yes, we can provide all services listed above and additional fees apply. We also allow clients to bring in their own food and/or caterer, DJ, decorations etc. However, ALL alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed/certified bartender. See owner for more details and requirements.

Is there an additional charge if I go over hours reserved?

Yes, you will be charged $125 for each additional hour.

Does your venue space allow bookings after 9 p.m.?

Yes, we can accommodate guests for events after 9 p.m., but the host is required to hire our preferred event security and purchase event insurance coverage. 

What types of events can I host at your venue space?

Intimate weddings, book signings, church meetings, repast services, photo shoots, showers, paint and sip, celebration events, art displays, brunches, wine and jazz events, poetry nights, open mics, corporate meetings, pop up shops, network nights, co-working space and more!

Are there any restrictions regarding the venue space?

Yes, no glitter, confetti, nailing pictures and/or hanging items on the wall without owner’s permission. When reserving a date for an event, the application will include more specific details.

Are there any specific COVID restrictions for the venue space?

All guests and hosts are required to wear masks during the event, except when taking pictures or eating/drinking. The event host and/or event staff will be held accountable for enforcing venue rules and those in violation will be requested to comply or leave the premises immediately.
